Roles and Responsibilities
As a Financial Accounting Associate, you will:
- Support financial accounting activities for business units and control functions.
- Review ledger accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reports.
- Collect and validate financial data required for reporting.
- Analyze information from general ledgers and financial systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining financial controls and compliance with internal policies.
- Work closely with managers and team members to resolve accounting-related issues.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve business and reporting objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- 6+ months of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, analytics, Risk Reporting, or related fields.
Equivalent experience through education, training, or military service will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants with the following qualifications will have an added advantage:
- Qualified CA, CFA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance).
- Experience in preparing regulatory reports for financial institutions.
- Knowledge of US and international financial reporting standards.
