About the Role
As a Client Relationship Support professional, you will work closely with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers to manage a portfolio of Global Network clients. The role involves client servicing, business support, administrative coordination, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in handling Global Network client portfolios.
- Coordinate with client service teams across different banking products.
- Serve as a key contact for clients and internal HSBC teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client management teams.
- Work with Business Credit Officers (BCOs) to ensure credit applications are prepared and submitted on time.
- Assist in resolving credit-related queries and documentation.
- Prepare internal approvals such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD), pricing approvals, credit approvals, and management approvals.
- Support the preparation and review of transaction-related documentation.
- Help develop and maintain client relationship plans.
- Ensure compliance with HSBC policies, banking regulations, and internal procedures.
- Handle Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and other regulatory responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Graduation in any discipline (Engineering and Post Graduation candidates can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Good coordination and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools will be considered a plus.
