About the Role
First Advantage is hiring an Application Support – Integrations Specialist (Tier 2) to support and maintain integration applications in a production environment. The role involves ensuring smooth data exchange between systems, maintaining application availability, and resolving technical issues quickly.
Since the position supports North American business operations, candidates should be comfortable working during the role’s core North American hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for integration applications and related systems.
- Monitor integration processes and identify issues affecting data flow or application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with minimal impact on business operations.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, operations teams, and third-party vendors to resolve integration-related issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive solutions.
- Apply software patches, upgrades, and new releases when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations.
- Support business continuity by assisting stakeholders during production issues.

- SOAP
- XML

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
