Job Role
As a Process Associate – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will support the Accounts Payable process by handling vendor invoices, maintaining vendor accounts, and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and managing daily finance operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transactions accurately.
- Handle Accounts Payable activities and vendor account management.
- Verify and process supplier invoices.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow company policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify potential risks and report issues when necessary.
