Job Role
Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable
As a Finance Analyst, you will support the Accounts Payable team by processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring that transactions are completed accurately and within the required timelines. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve business processes and deliver quality financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter invoices accurately within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Review invoices and verify supporting documents before processing.
- Follow standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Maintain the Accounts Payable shared mailbox and respond to queries promptly.
- Generate and share regular system reports with business teams.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify missing information or documentation and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Record and maintain financial documents and transaction details.
- Support user acceptance testing and assist in resolving system-related issues.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Help prepare product release plans by following agile practices where applicable.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain productivity and accuracy as per business requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Approximately 1–3 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, consulting firm, or shared services organization is an advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
