About the Role
The selected candidate will support the PERSEUS platform (Tagetik), which is used for consolidating financial data across the BNP Paribas Group. The role focuses on Power BI report publishing, release coordination, dashboard quality assurance, user support, and documentation to ensure reliable and timely business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish new and updated Power BI reports to the Power BI Service following company standards.
- Validate reports before release by checking data refresh, report accuracy, visuals, and user access.
- Coordinate scheduled releases, updates, and hotfix deployments with development teams.
- Handle minor dashboard enhancement requests, including layout, filters, and visual improvements.
- Monitor dashboard health, refresh status, performance metrics, and usage analytics.
- Maintain dashboard inventory, metadata, documentation, and audit logs.
- Provide first-level support to dashboard users by resolving access issues and answering functional queries.
- Prepare and maintain user manuals and documentation.
- Collect stakeholder feedback and recommend improvements for usability, performance, and data quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, visualizations, and best practices.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize development activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT security standards and operational procedures.
