Job Role
Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable
As a Finance Analyst, you will support the Accounts Payable process by ensuring timely invoice processing, maintaining financial records, resolving payment-related queries, and delivering high-quality financial services to business teams.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices accurately within defined service levels.
- Performing invoice data entry and quality checks.
- Managing and maintaining the Accounts Payable mailbox.
- Preparing and sharing system-generated reports with business teams.
- Following standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Identifying missing information and resolving invoice-related queries.
- Recording and maintaining financial documentation.
- Supporting business users during issue investigation and resolution.
- Ensuring productivity and quality targets are achieved.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Providing training and guidance to team members whenever required.
Required Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility Criteria
