Job Responsibilities
As an Associate – Service Desk (PTP), your responsibilities will include:
- Handle queries from vendors and employees related to Accounts Payable (AP), Payment Processing, and Times & Expenses.
- Resolve service desk requests or forward them to the appropriate Accounts Payable team for timely resolution.
- Ensure service delivery meets the agreed KPIs and SLAs while maintaining strong internal controls.
- Work closely with the Service Management team to implement and monitor SLA requirements.
- Manage supplier and internal customer concerns according to the defined escalation process.
- Maintain accurate communication and provide high-quality customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following:
- Graduate, Engineering, or Post Graduate qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (Freshers can also apply if eligible).
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Experience in handling vendor queries is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
