Job Description

As an Associate – Customer Service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by handling customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
