Job Role
Genpact is hiring Process Associates – Accounts Payable to support finance operations and ensure efficient invoice processing and transaction management. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately based on the information received.
- Perform manual invoice indexing while ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain exception logs for process-related issues and documentation.
- Execute day-to-day Accounts Payable transactions according to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular internal quality checks to ensure invoice processing compliance.
- Support finance operations by completing assigned transactional activities within deadlines.
- Follow organizational policies and maintain process documentation.
Required Qualifications
