Job Description
As an Analyst – Carrier Billing Services, you will focus on data analysis, process improvements, and automation while supporting the carrier billing team. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Sales, to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
You will also be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing business data, and identifying opportunities for automation that enhance productivity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and generate meaningful insights.
- Improve existing processes through automation and innovative solutions.
- Reduce manual effort by implementing efficient workflows.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and graphical presentations when required.
- Support carrier billing operations and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Sales, and other internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Graduate, Engineering, or Post Graduate degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience are eligible.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of Python is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis.
