About the Role

Sphera is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst to help manage and improve its Customer Success platform, Vitally. In this role, you will work closely with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve customer experience through automation, reporting, customer health tracking, and process optimization.

This position is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in Customer Success Operations, SaaS platforms, analytics, and business process management.

Key Responsibilities

Vitally Platform Administration

  • Support the implementation and daily management of the Vitally platform.
  • Configure customer health scores and lifecycle stages.
  • Create customer segments, workflows, alerts, and automation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information.
  • Assist with testing and deploying new platform features.

Customer Data Management

  • Monitor integrations between Vitally, CRM systems, support tools, and data platforms.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Validate customer usage and engagement data.
  • Maintain documentation for business rules and data definitions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build dashboards and reports for Customer Success teams.
  • Track important metrics such as customer adoption, engagement, renewals, churn risk, and health scores.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and business analysis.
  • Identify trends that improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Process Improvement

  • Document customer success workflows.
  • Recommend improvements to customer lifecycle processes.
  • Help implement scalable operational processes.
  • Support training and change management activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Participate in implementation projects.
  • Gather business requirements and help configure systems accordingly.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following skills will have an added advantage:

  • Knowledge of Customer Success platforms such as Vitally, Gainsight, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Totango.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
