About the Role
As an Operations Analyst I, you will be responsible for handling assigned project tasks, processing electronic data, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely delivery of client projects. You will work with industry-leading eDiscovery tools while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and work with proprietary eDiscovery software such as Nuix and Relativity.
- Process and prepare electronic data for client projects.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates with internal teams.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data processing issues.
- Escalate complex issues whenever required.
- Ensure all work complies with Epiq’s quality standards.
- Investigate errors and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
