Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain high productivity with accurate and error-free processing.
- Follow Service Level Agreements (SLA) effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Process and update customer data accurately in the system.
- Follow all documented procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain the lowest possible error rate during processing.
- Support Private Banking Operations activities.

- Ability to process instructions accurately as per process guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail with focus on 100% accuracy.

- Ability to handle queries within the defined timelines.
- Understanding of internal controls and operational procedures.
